Offering solvent-based coating services, National Coating Corp. works with all types of substrates, in sizes ranging up to 80” wide, with weights from 1 oz. to 60 oz. per square yard. Solvent-based coatings can be applied using either via saturation or a knife/gap method, and our conversion services feature full EPA compliance. Solvent-based coatings that we apply include phenolic resins, phenolic epoxies, and polyester resins, and substrates that our solvent-based coating services are typically used for include various non-woven filters, cotton and paper lamination, carbon fabric for automotive clients, and kraft paper for the building and furniture industries.

We make use of three 2-zone 100’ gas fired ovens, and two 4-zone 120’ gas fired ovens in fulfilling our solvent-based coating services, and are ISO 9001:2008 certified.
