Slitting Services In support of our full suite of coating services, National Coating Corp. offers slitting services. Our facility has capabilities for water and solvent based coating, as well as saturation of sheets or rolls. Our slitting services are very useful for our customers who require coating converting services in addition to a slitting and rewinding component of a job, and we are prepared to handle all types of substrates, sheet widths up to 68”, and a wide range of rewind diameters.
Substrates that our slitting equipment can handle include foams, paper, textile and non-wovens, and more. We are able to handle coating and slitting orders of any scope or quantity, and welcome the opportunity to fulfill your rush and emergency jobs. We can also run prototype or trial runs to ensure that our services will meet your exact needs, and can provide private labeling and repackaging services. |
