Both individual and sheet saturation services are able to achieve optimized coating requirements for substrates ranging from fabrics to textiles to specialty nonwovens. Some materials that our sheet saturation services are used on include foams, papers, films, cotton, and many others. By optimizing for coating, the sheet saturation process reduces raw material costs, and this process is ideal for products with high initial raw material costs.
At National Coating Corporation, our 70,000 sq. ft. facility features the capacity to carry out both sheet saturation services as well as coating services. The single source nature of our operations allows us to operate more efficiently, passing this along to our customers.
