NCC Process Capabilities
National Coating Corporation is one of a small number of converters able to process both water-based and solvent based coatings.

We have major investments in capital equipment for VOC incineration to meet current and future EPA standards. Our investment allows you to make assurances to stock-holders, customers and regulators that your products are manufactured in compliance with environmental standards.

Our processing equipment is designed to accommodate a wide range of basis weight substrates (from 1 oz. to 60 oz. per square yard). This flexibility allows customers single source converting and accountability for their full range of products.

Tenter Frame Drying

Tenter Frame Drying
NCC has installed a tenter frame on its widest coating line. It allows for the processing of fabrics, textiles, and specialty nonwovens up to 80" wide, where the control and maintenance of product's width is critical to product's performance and integrity.

Piece Processing

Piece Processing
National Coating has the unique capability of saturating sheets or individual pieces. It reduces Raw Material costs by allowing offal to be reprocessed into raw paper as broke, and optimizes the amount of resin used. This process is ideal for products with high Raw Material costs.
