We specialize in saturation services for the filtration, automotive and composite markets. In addition to saturation for fabrics, textiles, and specialty nonwovens up to 80"" wide. Accurate control as well as maintenance of your product's width ensures optimal performance and integrity. National Coating has the unique capability of roll or individual (piece processing) saturation services.

Our saturation processing equipment is designed to accommodate basis weight substrates from 1 oz to 60 oz per square yard and facilitates single-source converting. We handle custom orders of all sizes. An experienced technical team determines chemistry formulations, processing techniques, performance and quality testing procedures, as well as the required parameters for all saturation processes. All our processes conform to EPA standards.

Quality Standard	The actual quality requirements are determined, on a case-by-case basis with each customer so that they are appropriate for the individual material, its use and application. This can include everything from 100% visual inspection of substrates to a wide range of testing of physical and performance properties. We have state-of-the-art monitoring and control equipment such as Gamma and Beta gauges for controlling coated basis weight, multi-point temperature recorders, speed controls and tension recorders. We generate SPC data on all critical properties, maintain a comprehensive record keeping and sample retention program, and provide certification on request.
